Shares of the pharmaceutical company jumped 30% in pre-market trading after announcing it received marketing approval from FDA for an over-the-counter version of Schering-Plough Corp's heartburn drug Zegerid.
Dyax Corp. (DYAX)
Shares were up 27.4% in pre-market trading after the company announced the FDA has approved its drug to treat hereditary Angioedema, a rare swelling disorder.
Novavax, Inc. (NVAX)
The company reported favorable initial results from a study evaluating the safety and immunogenicity of its influenza vaccine. Shares were up 7.5% in pre-market trading.
SWS Corp. (SWS)
The financial services holding company announced after the bell Tuesday it would sell 4.1 million shares in a public offering. Dilutive pressure had shares down 10.4% in pre-market trading on Wednesday.
Regency Energy Partners (RGNC)
The company announced it would offer up to 10 million common units after the bell Tuesday. Shares were down 5.3% in pre-market trading Wednesday.
Hot Topic Inc. (HOTT)
Shares of the retailer were down 3.2% in pre-market trading after reporting a 11.7% drop in same- store sales in November.
