Stock futures were slightly higher in front of the conclusion of the Federal Reserve's two-day meeting.

Ascent Solar Technologies, Inc. (ASTI)
Ascent Solar announced it has entered into multi-year supply agreement with TurtleEnergy LLC to provide up to 67 MW of its high-efficiency flexible photovoltaic modules over five years.Ascent Solar shares were up 21.4% in pre-market trading.
Xilinx, Inc. (ONXX)
Programmable logic solutions provider Xilinx raised sales guidance for the second quarter of fiscal 2010 based on higher sales strength. Shares were up 6.9% in pre-market trading.
Onyx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (ONXX)
Shares of Onyx Pharmaceuticals were up 4.8% after announcing results from its collaborative Phase 2 trial with Bayer Healthcare that showed Nexavar tablets in combination with the oral chemotherapy agent Capecitabine, significantly extended progression-free survival in patients with advanced breast cancer.
ATP Oil & Gas Corp. (ATPG)
Announced after the bell Tuesday that it will sell pipelines for $78 million and began stock sales to raise money to reduce debt and for drilling in the Gulf of Mexico. The company also warned that third-quarter would come in below earlier views. Shares were down 10.2% in Wednesday’s pre-market trading.
US Airways Group Inc. (LCC)
US Airways shares were down 9.2% after the company announced that it will sell 26.3 million shares in a public offering increasing the current shares outstanding by 20%.
Incyte Corporation (INCY)
Incyte announced after the bell Tuesday that it intends to sell 18 million shares of its common stock in a public offering. Dilutive pressure had the stock down 8.3% in Wednesday’s pre-market trading.
