So much so, we're willing to have the French give us advice, actually give the world advice.
Why not?

Billions in rescues, buyouts, shutdowns.
Rates cut. Banks closed.
And yet, stocks still scorched.
Here. There. Everywhere.
The worst week ever for pretty much everyone.
And now everyone worth his financial salt trying to avoid putting more in this gaping economic wound.

Nothing else has much worked. So they're getting to work.
Scrambling to come up these next 48 hours with something that will obliterate the memory of these last 480 hours.
