Stock futures were mixed but mostly flat as positive earnings results were offset by European debt concerns.
Here are some of the early-market movers for Monday.
China Agritech, Inc. (CAGC)
The Chinese organic fertilizer manufacturer and distributor in announced preliminary unaudited annual net revenues to $75 million above previous guidance of $70 million. Shares were up 12% in pre-market trading.
Deer Consumer Products Inc. (Deer)
Shares gained 10.7% in pre-market trading after the company announced it would acquire a Chinese kitchen appliances manufacturer and raised its 2010 sales and earnings guidance above current estimates.
Littelfuse Inc (LFUS)
The company, which manufacturers circuit protection products, posted fourth-quarter results reporting earnings of 53 cents per share and revenue of $127.9 million which beat analyst estimates of 50 cents per share and met earnings estimates. Shares were up 9.3% in pre-market trading.
Hasbro Inc (HAS)
Shares were up 8.4% in pre-market trading after the company posted fourth-quarter results that beat estimates reporting earnings of $1.09 per share on revenue of $1.38 billion. Analysts had been expecting earnings of 81 cents per share and revenue of $1.34 billion.
AMAG Pharmaceuticals Inc. (AMAG)
Shares were up 5.9% in pre-market trading Monday after the company reinsured investors late Friday that adverse effect from its Feraheme anemia treatment were in line with expectations. Shares had sold off last week following a research note which indicated a higher than expected adverse effect that the company says was unfounded.
Novavax Inc (NVAX)
The biopharmaceutical company announced it has terminated negotiations with Rovi Pharmaceuticals to collaborate on influenza vaccines. The company said it was unable to come to acceptable terms. Shares fell 6.8% in pre-market trading.
