More Drama for Obama

Missed tonight's Cavuto ? Catch "The Deal" right here on FOXBusiness.com

Let's get ready to rumble...the president gets ready to roar.

Here's the deal.

Some drama from Obama.

Not the kind he didn't want on another Cabinet pick getting picked apart on taxes.

But the kind he did as he pitches how he's going to spend our taxes.

Because don't look now, but the unflappable is flapping.

Tonight to Democrats to rally the troops on stimulus.

Today editorializing in the Washington Post the dire implications of not doing stimulus.

Monday to the nation in his first press conference to pitch stimulus.

And in between, lots of meetings with Senators trying to sell 'em on stimulus.

Lots of drama. Lots of urgency.

Here's why:

His stimulus bill is in trouble. And suddenly, this president is in trouble.

He says too many folks are focused on the stimulus crumbs, and not the pie.

Trouble is, lots of crumbs. Tens of billions of dollars' worth.

Which a lot of Republicans say makes the pie crumby.

But that doesn't mean Republicans won't eat that pie.

Throw some whipped cream on it, even the crumbs...And maybe they'll bite.

As long as that cream includes big tax cuts, or at least "more" tax cuts.

Who knows what they'll whip up.

For now, the president desperately focused on just not getting whipped.
